Nicole Bergman, PA-C
Nicole was born and raised in NW Ohio and is a Genoa Area High School alumni. She attended The University of Toledo and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with minors in Biology and Chemistry in 2008. She then continued on into UT’s Physician Assistant program and earned her Masters of Science in Biomedical Science in 2010. Nicole is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has been working at Mitchell Dermatology since 2011. She is a member of Michigan Dermatology Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, for which she is currently working to become a Diplomate fellow. Nicole also has 3 years experience in emergency medicine.
Nicole especially enjoys treating medical dermatological concerns in patients of all ages and has gained extensive knowledge in psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea, various rashes and skin cancer. She also is an advocate for not only patients, but students as well and sits on the Advisory Board of Bowing Green State University’s Pre-Professional Program.
When not at work, Nicole can be found chasing after and carrying for her three young children and supporting her husband’s wrestling program. She loves spending time at home with her family, participating in bible studies, traveling, cooking, being outdoors, and watching/playing sports.
Clare Lahey, PA-C
Clare is a NW Ohio native and alumnus from Perrysburg High School. She graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and went on to complete her Master of Science in Biomedical Science degree at The University of Toledo Physician Assistant program. Clare is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and began working at Mitchell Dermatology in 2023. Clare is a member of the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants and is excited to wake up every day and make an impact in the lives of her patients.
When Clare is not in the office, Clare enjoys spending time with her fiancé and family, running, traveling, and discovering new cooking recipes.
Ashley Hillabrand, MSN, RN
Ashley was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toledo. She then continued her education graduating from the University of Toledo’s Clinical Nurse Leader program with a Master of Science in Nursing. Ashley is licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing and is a member of the Ohio Nurses Association.
In 2011 Ashley started with Mitchell Dermatology, where she gained years of experience in dermatological medicine. She has over 8 years of experience as an aesthetic nurse and continues to expand her knowledge of aesthetics by attending Master Injector Courses and Trainings. She has certification and advanced training through EPIC and Allergan Pharmaceuticals in Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Kybella; Belotero and Radiesse from Merz Institute of Advanced Aesthetics; Sculptra, Dysport, and dermal fillers from Galderma Aesthetics. She also has advanced training in Jeuveau, microneedling, radio frequency, laser hair removal, Hydrafacial, medical grade chemical peels, and medical grade skincare.
Ashley has a strong passion for beauty and skin health and truly loves what she does. What she enjoys most is having a small impact on making her patients feel more comfortable in their own skin and seeing an increase in their confidence. She enjoys building trusting relationships with each of her patients and creating individualized treatment plans for each of them.
When Ashley is not in the office, you can find her spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, most likely somewhere shopping, or on the volleyball court cheering on her daughter, Calli.
Alyssa Marshall, RN
Alyssa is a Registered Nurse with a passion for integrating her 10 years of medical experience with her passion for aesthetics. She has worked in the aesthetic field for 3 years. She has attended a master injector course as well as the cosmetic surgery and aesthetic dermatology conference. Alyssa is passionate about continual education and the latest aesthetic procedures. Alyssa’s favorite thing about her career is creating a customized treatment for each person starting with their home skincare routine and helping them reach their goals.
Alyssa offers many aesthetic treatments including Botox, Filler, Microneedling, Radio-frequency microneedling, Hydrafacials, PRP and laser treatments.
When Alyssa is not at work you can find her at home with her 3 year old daughter Porter teaching her how to cook or singing “let it go”. In her spare time she enjoys swimming with her family and getting lost in a good Netflix series.
Beth Schoen, LMA
A native of the Toledo/Perrysburg area, Beth’s passion for her own skin health restoration motivated her to attend Summit Salon Academy and receive her Esthetics license in 2016. She has worked at Mitchell Dermatology for 6 years and believes beautiful skin and skin health are synonymous and that it is never too late to start caring for your skin. She is passionate about the treatments and products she can provide her clients and believes customizing at-home regimens and treatment plans for each patient is key.

Wendi has been employed at Mitchell Dermatology for eight years. When not at work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Kristin Wade, PCC
Patient Care Coordinator
Kristin is a native of Buffalo NY where she started her love for all things Healthy Skin in the cosmetic field over 20years ago. After moving to Ohio, she found a home here at Mitchell Dermatology where she has been for over 7yeaars. Kristin’s goal is to guide you and answer any questions you have along the way. She takes pride in making sure you know what to expect and to help you feel comfortable and fully supported throughout your healthy skin journey. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time and being outside with her husband, Chocolate Lab Charlie and is a huge football fan. GO BILLS!!!
